Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Villoire. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Where we ship
We ship across the European Union. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not able to deliver there just yet.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €75.
- Orders under €75 have a flat shipping rate of €3.95, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- All prices on our site include VAT. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times across the EU are 5–9 business days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed; delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Customs & duties
For deliveries within the EU, there are no additional customs charges or import duties. The VAT-inclusive price you pay is final.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@villoire.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email us at support@villoire.com and we'll help put it right.
